René Mourlon (May 12, 1893 – October 19, 1977) was a French athlete who mainly competed in the 100 metres.
He competed for France at the 1920 Summer Olympics held in Antwerp, Belgium where he won the silver medal in the men's 4 x 100 metre relay with his team mates René Lorain, René Tirard and Émile Ali-Khan. He also competed at the 1912 Summer Olympics held in Stockholm but not successfully.
